Not only was $700M in investor capital incinerated, but thousands of patients risked serious health complications due to the company’s behavior. And the CEO, convicted last quarter of four counts of financial fraud, awaits sentencing. This webinar examines the role of the Board in the Theranos disaster. What did the Board do right?
